Questioning My Entire Life Right Now Part 2 (a.k.a. Total Drama Daycare Reaction)

I would put LA Turtle's "What Is Going On" vine here, but I don't want to get in trouble for putting other people's videos on my blog; however, that doesn't change the fact that that vine sums up my thoughts about the news I found out about today.

Okay, so back in May, it was announced that there would be more Total Drama, with members of the original cast returning! For several months, I'd been waiting my butt off, hoping to know what this new season would be like. What kind of theme would this season have? Would there be new contestants competing alongside the main cast? Will Katie, Sadie, and Eva finally return to the series?!

Then, I have a day like this. I'm behind on my presentation for one of my classes, and I only have tonight to work on it. I also happened to talk to my crush, who I haven't talked to for a while because of some bad stuff happening between us that I wish not to disclose, because I thought he and the Christmas sweater he was wearing today were an adorable combination; it took me nearly all of my energy to calm down my nerves. To close off the day, I'm scrolling through my phone and finding a YouTube video talking about what this new season of Total Drama was revealed to be. I thought it was a joke, but upon further research, I realized that this was not the case.

Oh, no, this is very much real.

The new Total Drama season is a prequel called "Total Drama Daycare".

In other words, it's one of those poorly-received spin-off shows that follow the characters of said show as little kids.

....Well, I'm done. I'm freaking done with life right now.

I mean, don't get me wrong. As a faithful fan of Total Drama, I will be watching this series; I just don't know if I'll like it. I mean, come on! IT'S A FREAKING DAY-CARE SPIN-OFF! I mean, sure, the original cast is back, and we'll get to see them as toddlers....except something like this should be left up to fan-art. (Kikaigaku, I'm mainly thinking of you when I say this. Your "Total Drama Kids" comics are adorable.)

....I'm sorry. This is all I can say about this. As time goes on, the whole fact that this is going to be a thing is settling into my system more, and it's clouding my judgement more and more. I mean, at least Chef looks the same as he did before? Just be good.... Please.... Just be faithful to the original Total Drama and don't take a crap on it like Teen Titans Go did to Teen Titans....

What I'll Be Watching During The Spring 2024 Anime Season

Winter 2024 is approaching its end, and with that, most of the anime that premiered during this season, along with some anime that premiered during an earlier season, have started airing their finales. My Biggest Complaint About HuniePop + A HuniePop Visual Novel?

(WARNING!!: Sex and the Spoilers. Okay, I won't be putting in any  sexual images, but there might  be a spoiler or two.) Holy crap, I'm actually posting a non-list blog post for the first time in 6 months and 2 days? AND IT'S ABOUT AN ADULT GAME?! ....Well, I'm 18 now, so I'm allowed to talk about this....kind of.
